Hutton Manor Care Home celebrated Valentine’s Day with a heartwarming display of love, joy, and community spirit. The home was transformed into a vibrant venue of celebration, filled with music, dancing, and, most importantly, delicious treats prepared by our exceptional kitchen team led by Rebecca.
The day was marked by an array of delightful desserts, including heavenly cheesecakes, mouthwatering meringue nests, and irresistible chocolate pretzels, each lovingly crafted to add a touch of sweetness to the occasion. The culinary delights were a testament to the kitchen team’s dedication and skill, ensuring every bite was filled with love.
But the festivities went beyond just tantalising the taste buds. The care home was adorned with pictures of our beloved residents, surrounded by love hearts and balloons, creating a visually stunning environment that captured the essence of Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the sound of love songs from the 1950s, with Home Manager Helen and Activities Coordinators Rebecca and Emma leading the residents in dance, filling the home with laughter and joy.
