Kirsty Crozier
Managing Director
I began my career in care because I genuinely care about people. I trained as a Registered Adult Nurse with a passion for Elderly Care. I worked for the NHS for the early part of my career as a Ward Nurse and then a Community Nurse before deciding to join the Commissioning aspect of the NHS.
The NHS was a great place to work but I didn’t feel I could make the impact I wanted so I made the move into the Private sector and became a Care Home Manager. I managed a variety of Care Homes for Corporate companies as well as small family ran companies. Along the way, I joined a Charity-ran Hospice as their CEO before returning back to Social Care where I became the Managing Director for St Marys Care Homes.
I have a strong commitment to quality care and operational excellence as well as inspiring teams, fostering a culture of compassion and continuous improvement.
Adam Ward
Operations Manager
I have worked in social care for many years as a Home Manager overseeing several large and successful homes, and as a Regional Manager in residential and nursing environments. I have also worked as a Branch and Operations Manager within domiciliary care.
My career includes a number of professional achievements, most recently winning the Hull & East Riding Care Home of the Year award.
I am delighted to be part of the St Marys Group, working alongside the Managing Director, Regional Support Manager, Home Managers and their amazing teams to ensure that together we continue to provide outstanding care.

I qualified as a Nurse 44 years ago and have spent the past 32 years in private health care. I have experience working with disabled young adults, people with learning disabilities, and elderly residents, some of whom are living with Dementia.
I am currently in the role of Regional Support Manager and have worked for the company for several years. I work alongside and support the home managers in our St Mary’s Group of homes under the guidance of the Regional Manager. I enjoy working in this diverse role and find it very rewarding.
Kirsty Fennell
Regional Support Manager
I have worked in social care for many years and have managed both domiciliary and residential settings across the Yorkshire area. I have managed large and medium-sized residential dementia homes and I enjoy the challenges of working with residents who are living with dementia.
I have joined St Marys as a Regional Support Manager and I work alongside the other Regional Support Manager, under the guidance of the Regional Manager. I work alongside and support the home managers as we strive to provide outstanding care to all of our residents.
Mishel Ingle
Senior Commissioning Manager
After 10 years in the NHS, caring for adults with learning disabilities, I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse and went into private health care. I managed a number of care homes and progressed to Regional Manager. I also worked as an Independent Mental Capacity Assessor and qualified as a Dementia Care Mapper.
I’m passionate about care and supported the NHS developing their approach to living with dementia, and also participated in university research studies. Following a turnaround role, I achieved Home Manager of the Year award for Yorkshire and Humberside.
I feel very welcomed by St Mary’s teams and residents, and I am really looking forward to supporting the Home Managers.
