This past weekend, Castle Grange Care Home hosted our first themed Family Meal Night, bringing a vibrant Italian atmosphere to our residents and their families. The event was a great success, thanks to the hard work of our dedicated team and the culinary talents of our chefs, Martin and Mark.
The evening’s menu featured classic Italian dishes, including delicious lasagna, fresh pizza, and a delightful tiramisu for dessert. Alongside these, we offered a selection of Italian foods and wines for everyone to enjoy, creating a truly authentic dining experience. Our Activities Team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the décor to the entertainment, making it a memorable evening for all who attended.
The event was filled with joy, laughter, and the warmth of sharing a meal with loved ones. It was wonderful to hear our guests express their appreciation, with one comment summing up the evening perfectly: “You have put in so much effort. This is wonderful!” The food was praised as simply delicious, and the atmosphere was filled with a sense of community and connection.
