I have worked in healthcare for over 35 years, gaining valuable experience across all areas, including five years in adult social care. My main expertise lies in Director-level leadership, having held roles as a Director of Nursing and Director of Clinical Governance—the highest level a nurse can achieve.

I have successfully opened and developed four new care homes, turning them into thriving communities. My leadership experience extends beyond care homes, having also worked in hospitals at a senior level, ensuring exceptional clinical standards and governance.

Since joining St Mary’s in 2022, my focus has been on developing the skills and knowledge of the care team to ensure we deliver the highest standards of care.
