Susan Capindale – Manager

Susan has 20 years’ experience in the care sector. Beginning as a volunteer at care homes, and later studying Health and Social Care, she developed a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.

Becoming a Registered Manager in 2013, Susan achieved her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She joined the Lincolnshire community as a Falls Ambassador and Safeguarding Ambassador, and was named a Care Home Manager finalist for the Lincolnshire Care Association Managers Award in both 2018 and 2022.

Susan is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care in a homely environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
